Membership of the club is open to racing and non-racing members, and we have no age restriction, so club membership is open to anyone with an interest in Classic 50cc racing.
For racing members, wether you’ve raced motorcycles in the past , are currently racing in other capacity classes, or have never raced before, you’ll gain the benefit of years of accumulated knowledge of this specialist class of racing from one of the friendliest clubs in the paddock, and access to race events normally only open to classic 50cc club members.
Non racing members, be you the friend or relative of someone wanting to race, or someone with a fascination for the smallest of road racing machines, membership of the club will give you access to all the clubs resources and information. If you’d like to help out at meetings or with the organisation of the club we’d love to welcome you as one of our members too.
For everybody that joins the club, you’ll receive a regular news updates containing all the latest club news, information, pictures and race reports, and you’ll have access to the club forum on this website, and of course as with all clubs, all members can come to the annual general meeting and vote on issues affecting the running of the club.
If you’ve been a member of the club recently or in the past, you’ll already appreciate the benefits of re-joining this year. Simply follow the “How to join” instructions below.
Racing Membership of the club costs £20 and runs from January to December. There is currently no discount for joining “mid Year.”
You can become a social member of the club for £15 which gives you all the benefits of the club but disallows voting at the clubs AGM on issues that apply to the clubs racing members.
Racing members need to note that to race at “Three Sisters” and “Tonfanau” circuits, membership of the host club is also required. Please visit the “Preston and District Motorcycle Club” website for racing at Three Sisters circuit, and “The Crewe and South Cheshire Motorcycle Club” website for racing at Tonfanau circuit. Both websites are viewable via our links page.
